The third domum building is located near Porto Cathedral, with a privileged view over the D. Luis Bridge, which connects the two banks of the Douro River between the city of Porto and the city of Gaia.
The building was built from scratch with the aim of maintaining its façade as well as the original tiles, thus preserving a brand image of our art and culture.
We opted for a modern, minimalist and elegant décor, giving it a comfortable and cosy atmosphere!
The private viewpoint offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city of Gaia, the River Douro and the bridges that cross it, with emphasis on the D. Luis I Bridge.
This building includes three flats: a one-bedroom flat with capacity for four people; a two-bedroom duplex flat with capacity for four people and a one-bedroom flat with capacity for two people.
Tourist apartment T2 Duplex located on the 1st floor. In all the apartment was applied wooden floor and provided for its total soundproofing, in order to provide a more comfortable and cozy stay.
The entrance floor of the apartment has a living area and a dining area equipped with all the furniture for its pleasant and comfortable use. The kitchen, which also includes this floor, is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, immediately upon entering, there is still a bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed.
The upper floor offers a spacious sleeping area composed of a bedroom and a bathroom with a contemporary language in order to meet the demands of today. Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, amenities and hair dryer.
The decor was thought out very carefully so as to make the apartment the most comfortable and welcoming.
On this floor still contains a small balcony with a fabulous view over the river and the city of Porto.
